Nice Knits does not collect any personal data. The developer has no servers, no accounts and no access to anything you enter in the app. There is no advertising, no analytics and no tracking.
Projects, parts, row counts, times, notes, photos, yarn and needle stash, and settings are stored on your device only, plus in your own iCloud account if you use iCloud sync (see section 4). This data never reaches the developer.
If iCloud is enabled on your device, Nice Knits syncs your data between your devices using Apple's iCloud (CloudKit, private database of your Apple Account). The data is stored by Apple; the developer cannot access it. Apple's privacy policy applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
You can turn sync off at any time in the app under Settings → iCloud.
The app does not collect names, email addresses, device identifiers, usage statistics, location data, IP addresses, or contacts. It contains no tracking SDKs, analytics tools, advertising networks, or other third-party code that collects data.
If you have enabled "Share with App Developers" in your iPhone settings, Apple may provide the developer with anonymous crash reports. This is controlled by you in iOS and can be turned off at any time.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Because the developer stores no data about you, there is no data we could provide or delete.
You can delete your data at any time yourself: delete the app and, if you used iCloud sync, remove the app's data in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage.
